Josh Wells is a Texas based artist and Youtuber. He started Odd Quartet as a way to bring music education to those who may not have the opportunity otherwise, and as a tool for music teachers to use in their classrooms and studios.

Josh started Odd Quartet in 2010. Back then, it was just a collection of short comics that he wrote and illustrated about the life of being a music student. Then, in 2017 he started posting videos to the Odd Quartet Youtube channel about music theory and music history. These videos have grown into what Odd Quartet is today - a free resource for anyone wanting to learn more about music.
